A typical process involves but is not limited to – understanding the user need; competitive research; leading team brainstorming on top user scenarios the product needs to tackle; working with the PM to delineate a prioritized set of product features; building task flows; storyboarding and lo-fi sketches, wireframes depicting interaction flows, hi-fi visual explorations and prototyping interaction as needed; guiding developers on fine tuning the visual/interaction details and working with PR on the marketing materials.
